Health and Safety
The purpose of Health & Safety is to protect people against risks to health or safety arising out of work activities.
A report published by the Health & Safety Executive in November 2011, showed that Britain has the lowest rate of fatal occupational injuries in Europe as well as one of the lowest levels of work-related ill health.
Whatever the size of your organisation, by understanding and embedding Health & Safety practices throughout your workplace and its culture you can reduce work-related absence whilst providing a safe workplace for your employees, customers and public.
The College provides training in Health & Safety accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health for organisations of all sizes and industry. Training can be run at Centre Training or your own premises.
