Developing language, literacy and numeracy skills
 
Most of us have some language, literacy and numeracy skills that we would like to improve:

- Read for enjoyment       

- Speak with confidence       

- Manage our budgets, measure up for DIY       

- Help the children with their homework       

- Fill in forms        

- Write CVs, letters and reports         

- Record work on the computer       

- Understand manuals and instructions·       

- Handle number and measurement in the workplace  

The Basic Skills Team at The College can help you develop these skills and others in informal classes.  Classes are offered by day and evening at all College locations and centres throughout the Caerphilly County.
